This website is the official web site of Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (MassASPA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. 

How we use the information you provide - When you contact MassASPA, or sign up for our e-mail updates, we may ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address. We use the information you provide to send you news and information about MassASPA. We will not sell this information to any third party, under any circumstances. 

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site. 

Children's information - We believe every precaution must be taken to protect children online. MassASPA does not ask children 13 and under for any information, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children 13 and under. 

How we protect your information - massaspa.org has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. Our server is located in a locked, secure environment.
